Round Memorial Stud Earrings

Refunds and returns are not available for memorial jewellery, as each piece is custom‑made using your loved one’s ashes.

If your jewellery arrives with a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Please contact us via email on evermore.nn@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may post ashes to us using a tracked service or bring them in person to our studio in Northampton (full address provided after ordering or when booking a drop‑off appointment).

Only a small amount is needed (around half a teaspoon). Any unused ashes will be returned with your jewellery.

Finished jewellery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, or can be collected in person from our studio in Northampton.

Full payment is required before work begins.

We will notify you when your jewellery is ready.

Orders must be collected or postage arranged within 30 days of notification.

Please ensure your contact details are accurate. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you about uncollected orders.

Storage charges may apply for long‑term uncollected items.

We collect your contact and order details to process your purchase and communicate updates.

Payments are handled securely; we do not store card details.

Your information is kept confidential and never shared with third parties.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
